Basic test render from ZBrush. Its still a long way to go, as I would like to add accessories and weapons to the guy, have to pose both of them and paint the whole thing in PS with a background... but its awesome fun so far! :D

World of the Living Dead - Background Art
I have got permission from the developers to show some of the art I did for the browser based zombie survival game World of the Living Dead. I had to design a backdrop and fill it up with zombies to show the various level of danger (z-density). Here is the final stage and the base background painting - you can check out the game to see all the other levels. ;P

The Bouncer - WIP 02
Here is the next step with the bouncer sculpt I posted earlier. I think the sculpting is pretty much finished, so its time to some painting! I did a quick render test in Modo with some minor PS touch-ups, but somehow all the fine details just disappeared when I added materials to the various parts.

Life Drawing Session at CDA
I thought its always good to get the old rusty life drawing muscles moving, so went to the drawing session at CDA last Sunday. Wanted to focus more on light and form, so used cold gray Copic markers. First page are 10min poses, the other two are 3-5min each. Sorry for the crappy photos, but haven`t got a scanner now...

Mad Mechs - sketches
More mecha sketches with good ol pencils and stuff. The first is on tracing paper and its a cleaned up design of a previous rough sketch. The second one is a rough idea about how this dude could look like standing in its service bay. The next step is cleaning up and putting together the two ideas, tight line drawing and value block-in with markers.
