I have got permission from the developers to show some of the art I did for the browser based zombie survival game World of the Living Dead. I had to design a backdrop and fill it up with zombies to show the various level of danger (z-density). Here is the final stage and the base background painting - you can check out the game to see all the other levels. ;P
I had the chance to do some art for the guys developing the super awesome browser based zombie survival strategy game World of the Living Dead. As the game finally went to open beta, I can share some sneak peak into the art. More to come soon, but till that make sure you check out the game HERE. :)
I could work on this for like forever, but I think its alright as a final for a class demo. I might gonna push it a bit further and correct the faults, but I am quite happy with it at the moment.
I made these quick comp sketches at my cg and concept art class yesterday. I was talking about storytelling in illustration and concept art and about how to develop the composition of your artwork consciously. I picked one situation (3 zombies chasing one young dude) and showed three different ways to explore the same story. Hope you like...
I finished the detailing of this Christmas illo, what I am going to use as an e-card for my friends and clients. The great thing is I got a request from CgTopia to take part in a charity project with the artwork.
Soooo, the Zombie Santa will be auctioned as a high quality canvas print in Belgium and all the money goes for helping children who have lost their parents to AIDS.
