We just have watched the film Kung Fu Hustle (Gong Fu in mandarin) from Stephen Chow yesterday and I am still totally amazed! This guy is a genius - the chinese Tarantino! (Pappito! Thanks for the movie!)
So the inspiration comes from there... just a fast speedpaint about a hot girl - wanted to keep it really loose and rough. About 40 mins with some basic custom brushes in PS CS3.
