Well, Dune was one of my first experiences with the scifi genre as a kid and I simply love the universe Frank Herbert created in the original books. Beside its a really wide and saturated world, basically an endless inspiration for a concept artist... :)

I see, I've seen a movie Dune many years ago, but I wasn't all that enthralled. But then movies often do a poor job of conveying the books narrative.
