It started just a refreshing exercise in my lunchtime at work, but turned into a real mission to hit the 1000 days mark. To be honest I missed a day or two, when I had serious crunch time with work, but then I made two sketches on the day after, so I think its still okay. :)
I am still going to do my pencil sketches, but I think I really have to come up with something new now. I feel this is the end of a period in my life - awesome new things here I come! ;)

As most of your sketches show characters/ creatures, I'd suggest why not starting another 1000 showing landscapes or architecture...

drawingcode: yeah, thats actually a great idea! beside that I also wanna change the technique, like switching to a more mixed media type thing, like using paint, markers, ballpoints, etc... :)
Well 'mixed-media' sounds very interesting, but I'm still not sure wether I should try out 'real' paint, because it always leads to a huge mess ;)
I always wanted to try out traditional paint overs (taking the newspaper of the day and draw/sketch/paint on top of the photographs in there), but unfortunately I don't find the time...
